The major concern in the pressure the major concern is the pressure being put on water and sewers. Right now, the ground is so saturated that water is literally dwushing out of drain covers and even cracks in the pavement. Its also threatening build frtion the bottom up. Its in the downtown area, and i assume in the residential areas there is water in basements. Now it could be as little as 6 inches but it could older foundations that are not as more permeable. Yeah. The city says that theyll start to breathe a little easier once the river drops to 18 feet and lower. And right now, theyre saying that theyre reminding people that water runs down him and every so even if you arent in the flood zone, you want to use water wisely and not cause any more stress on that system. Scott we know it happened here on the 800 block of 15th Street Southeast around 7 50 a m. Were told the 13 Year Old Girl was shot in the head while sitting in a car. Police caught two of the suspects running on bever avenue and the third on washington avenue southeast avenue and the third on washington avenue southeast with the help of 10 minutes of receiving the call the shots.
