At a press conference overnight the Chattanooga Police chief says they have issued a warrant to remove the black box from the bus and review video from onboard. Authorities believe speed was a possible factor over 30 children on the bus kindergarten through fifth grade 23 children were transported to hospitalfive died on the sceneone died i the National Transportation safety board will be in chattanoga. Authorities say walker may face more chargesthey also say he is cooperating with authorities.
