His accuser is andrea constand, a former Temple University employee who first told police about the alleged incident over a decade ago. Constand says in the winter of fofocareer advice. Cosby offered, and she took, three blue pills and wine to relax. In the criminal complaint released today, e told police within a half hour, she experienced, blurred vision and difficulty speaking. Her legs felt rubbery, like jelly, and she had no sense of time.
