Community and a concerned document that was released by the National Space Council announcing a new president now the contents of the document for me aren't as an pour as a as important as its authenticity and the possibility of it being dissed him from ation eat took it upon yourself to contact the National Space Council and what did you find out. Yeah I. Did see that there was some initial controversy around it so I thought Yeah let's just check this one out someone needs to find the contacts you know the council think free one of the articles that had been shed connecting to the document you know actually said let me to the the main contacts and yeah they came. Saying that they were not aware of what there was in any change in the presidential structure of the Council and also that they haven't heard of the person named in the document so somebody out there for some reason that he seems to have ceded Well if I do see him you know into the community why is not clear what that is the question Bruce why well not only would this document but in general. There is always the opportunity to spread disinformation inside of the u.f.o. Community why why do they continue to do this well there's 2 things that firstly I want to say that. One of the problems that I find within the community in Fringe circles not just the fault of g.e. Is that it's much more likely that people will share something on Woods or argue about it in an insular way than reach out and check the sources and I think that's to do with the lack of trust you know that we many of us tend to have with the authorities said people are not in the habit because of the kind of research I do you know I have to deal with the academics you know in these official sources you know I have developed that tendency to actually go back and check one of the things is I think that they know that something like that will get legs you know people will tend to check it they were just Augie about it you know I mean that's something people have to remember you know you can go out there reach out to these sources and say hey you know is this for me. But why I guess that yes sometimes it keeps us looking the wrong way doesn't it you know this newsies coming out that's probably important and instead will be focusing on something that's not important when I read the reply that you got in the explanations in that reply that was one thing but I looked at the e-mail header and it literally said the White House when you count that reply back and you see that what would immediately. Goes through your mind because we're talking about really oficial correspondence our way yeah I was going to proceed if I could be you know the initial inquiry being forwarded on to somebody to see in the right right so it's quite funny they actually took the time to look into it you know come back because you know so many people I guess would just you know just be silent you know I said they must if out it was with them putting it back out there that you know this isn't today with us you know which is quite interesting that they took the time because you know because you're going to that spam talk to roll something for they obviously it was where you know but out of this is not to do with us yes in fact they were concerned and it's pretty fascinating to me about the the amount of documents and this goes back in the fall of gee we can stretch to this back 70 years this isn't anything new but the amount of documents that spread through the u.f.o. Community that turn out to be fake and I don't know if you want to call it a hoax or fraud which are 2 different definitions but it's creating something that isn't real but somebody out there created a fake document and knew it when they were creating it yeah I think that again I would say that is top problem again that you know that fake news with Calderon has that kind of a trendy thing that that that when he's real fake you know that it again it does seem to get legs in the fringe community and I'm not just saying it I mean out for out of power normal conspiracies you know look if I went now and I edited some all out government document you know I started putting it stuff about a 1000 things you know that wasn't that and I put out on Twitter or Facebook tomorrow that's because it's probably going to go quite far isn't that without anyone really looking deep into it that's real because it's exciting you know it seems to validate things they. You know it's only going to take 3 days weeks months before anyone really look into whether that's real you know that's a problem I think we all have to address in the community is that you know if we're going to be speaking having all foreshadows can I do a quick check see if this is being modified where the original you guys another copy of this document you know I mean week we can all do our bit in stopping those kind of hoaxes I think well and this particular document this National Space Council document that when around last week I would have thought that that is one of the easiest things to go and check and check to sources on and I question why somebody would take the chances of distributing this when everybody in the u.f.o. Community and we're very good at checking documents these days is going to go in and check out the provenance and if this indeed was a real announcement Don't you think that somebody would have thought about that 1st before letting this go when I said they would have Yeah you know if there's if I was thinking to some kind of joke with them I would I would say in a spec someone is going to do that absolutely I mean as you know they're of course a very serious not just a critic and shall you know see that as research is that we'll look into it you know so some point it's going to get found out so it's a strange one I don't know why I don't know why they would want to sort of see that confusion knowing as well that it would likely come back on some of those involved so it's what is it going to strengthen it what is actually getting here and I wanted to ask you before we move on when you go and reveal that a document like that that raises a lot of eyebrows I didn't really understand why it was actually newsworthy but that's not actually the point when you turn around and show everybody. See that this thing isn't real do you get blowback from that are people angry at you for it or do they get angry for debunking the wrong word but showing that a document isn't what it's supposed to be. I got some positive feedback but my feeling is that when the people that are not happy with that usually will remain fairly quiet because I don't think anyone wants to be seen to be annoyed that the truth has come out on something you know it's a bit embarrassing for them maybe they've shed on words to their friends or whatever they probably don't happy with it maybe but I have to I don't I just come back to said you know hey you know. That's been the way you know I've been like that only the positive remarks of come directly to me so I think other people probably yeah they may feel a bit upset I haven't said anything it's strange times in the u.f.o. Community it's never been as strange or as exciting like it is today in many many years and now I want to actually make a little bit of a gnat an announcement here a couple of weeks ago Bruce was on my other show fade to black and during our conversation Bruce revealed that he was in prison in of some debris some craft debris and which caught me by surprise but that's the beauty of doing a live radio show and Bruce actually sent me some of the debris and I got it last week and thank you Bruce for sending it. I want to just say this in a general sense to everybody because this was a live show and people have asked me about it since then it. It's quite I guess the word that I want to use it's heavy it's a heavy metal heavy metal what it. When I held it in my hand and what I was sent was probably about a half an inch. To about a half inch in it's round about an 8th of an inch thick but its density and its weight bruise caught me by surprise that I wasn't expecting what is what is the material makeup of it is actually a very long list of chemicals and you know as surprising as I think that if you look at the analysis I think there's about 20 different compounds it's mostly silica and alum in Yemen. But there's a lot of other things and even though titanium in that you've got. Quite a list of metals in them a curious in and discover some magnesium in there sorry. Yeah at least about 20 compounds it's a really complex mixture when the things that I thought like to see as I see an engineer from say aerospace or something tell me which we imagine going to be in a future. You know a future spaceship matching that with these chemicals because I wonder how close studies as I've said seen that a lot of these compounds are already in current generation spacecraft right so they're kind of funny thing that you know it's like yeah it's a long list of chemicals and you just mentioned titanium and aluminum and silicon but those are all light you know alloys where this is it's pretty dense it's pretty heavy Yeah I mean I've seen that melting process you know where it's being structurally change liquid. Liquefied then frozen in space so yes change how it would have its density and how would it being when it was in a structure show or deceptive you know you look at if you think the very light feels quite heavy for that in cosmology and it's yeah I'm not sure what I would have looked in its original way of the I guess for and you know but really high temperature of. That blackness now as well as it probably would have been you know a different color it is kind of translucent you know you get the finish pieces and you get light and some of the greenish as well.
