All it takes is the right tools and knowhow. With every system that ive tested, which has been from four different manufacturers, theyve all been vulnerable in the exact same way. They pop up books. Reporter ryan and bonnie allowing us to visit their house. And for logan to test their home alarm system, provided by adt, one of the leading Home Security companies. You want peace of mind, you want to be able to go to sleep knowing that youre safe. Absolutely. Probably 100 feet from the house now. Reporter logan uses a laptop equipped with special software, antenna, and this device that detects radiofrequencies from wireless aarm systems. Showing us three ways hes able to interfere with the system. First, a false alarm causing the homeowner to receive a signal on their key pad. A closed door is open. Itll keep doing that until i hit stop. Reporter they may think they may need to open and close the door, potentially leaving them open to an intruder. That was way too easy. Reporter his second demonstration is even more startling where he completely disarms their system. All ill have to do here is hit play, itll create some interference with this door sensor reporter its disarmed right . It should be. I dont hear an aarm. Reporter hes detecting when the system is activated and other Movement Like when a door opens or closes. C. Estimated 41 Million People will be on the roads this thanksgiving, thats the most in seven years. Weather snarling traffic up and down the i95 corridor. Accidents littering the roadway. This car slid into a guardrail. A wreck on i77 in virginia backed up traffic for seven miles. Officials across the region issuing speed restrictions to slow drivers down. In this interview with george, the one person everyone wanted to hear from in this case on what he would say to browns family. You know, im sorry that their son lost their life. It wasnt the intention of that day. Its what occurred that day. And theres no, nothing you can say thats going to make a parent feel better. It sounds like you dont think you were responsible. I did my job that day. Do you feel any remorse . Everyone feels remorse when a lifes lost. Like i told you before, i never wanted to take anybodys life. You know, thats not the good part of the job. It was very hurtful to Michael Browns parents when he said he had a clear conscious after killing their unarmed teenaged son. They were taken back, looking at the interview, because they felt that he had no regards for their child. And that was hurtful to them. Reporter meanwhile back in ferguson, police are still trying to explain how they let a small group of arsonists get the best of them. If any of us knew last night was going to be what it was, booed probably done something different, but we could have never imagined that. Reporter families who worry more of the city could burn as the protests continue. Theyre also worried about what happens when the federal government announces its decision on possible charges in this case. Abc news, ferguson, missouri. Police in cleveland have released Surveillance Video showing this Fatal Shooting of a 12yearold boy by a rookie officer. He was caught on camera waving and pointing what looked like a firearm. Police say the officer issued three orders for the boy to show his hands, when he didnt, the officer shot him. The weapon turned out to be a pellet gun and protesters rallied in support of the boys family who now say police acted too quickly. Norman, oklahoma, newly released video show how a frightening hostage drama unfolded. Gunman holds a weapon to the workers head. Later on, the gunman shot his way into a legal officer and took more hostages. After about four hours, police negotiated a release for the hostages and everybody came away safely. New details this morning about what may have led to that daring raid by American Special forces in yemen. Yemeni official says an american journalist and several other westerners were also being held in a cave by al qaeda militants, but they were moved just two days before the rescue mission. The location, one of the most remote and dangerous provinces in yemen where al qaeda affiliates have flourished.
