Facilities worldwide are on the alert for a release of a still top secret torture report. The concern is over the military forces, diplomats and other officials around the world, where there are hot spots in the middle east and north africa. Reporter all u. S. Facilities are being urged to review security and brace for the reaction. It will incite in fact violence. And its likely to cost someone their life. Reporter the cia and the Bush Administration have already faced heavy criticism for the post9 11 interrogation techniques at black sites across the world. The use of waterboarding stopped many years ago. But according to those who have seen this report, ugly new details about those procedures will be revealed. Where prisoners were sexually to demeaned and cia interrogators urged to continue even after concluding no more information could be gleaned. The muslim world has erupted many times before when the u. S. And the west have been accused of religious or cultural slights. The storm had been whipping itself into a frenzy for days and finally unleashed itself in the towns and cities of the southern philippines. As it moved onwards, we followed the military to the edges of the Mayon Volcano to survey the damage. All of the rain that is fallen in the past 24 hours is now washing down the mountainside and the road is swept away. And the fear is landslides are a real possibility. This typhoon is still carving a path across the philippines. In the worst affected areas, 80 of homes were destroyed. For the force and the fury of the typhoon, the people of the philippines seem to have been spared the worst. So far, there seems to be very few lives lost. Be for that, tom, they are thankful. The demonstrators went on a rampage, tossing smoke canisters back at riot police. Mostly now daily protests sweeping the nation have been nonviolent. Last night it turned chaotic as some people broke off from the group and started looting and clashing with police. Lets go live to berkeley where protesters are gathered. Reporter about 70 people have now gathered for a new protest march against police brutality. Word about the event has been posted on social media. Five people were arrested last night as demonstrations turned violent. No response yet from Berkeley Police about its use of force against those protesters saturday.
