S. , a nurse at this processing facility diagnosed him with the flu. He had a temperature of a 103. He was to be reassessed in two hours and hospitalized if symptoms worsened. Border patrol officials took him to a quarantine facility in a small texas town where he was put into a cell with concrete slabs and foil sheets.
