We later found out from the nevada board of cosmetology that miranello had been under investigation by the department of education. Whi ch we have learned has since pulled its federal funding. Officials told us that miranello faces a number of serious allegations from knowingly requesting federal aid for students based on invalid high shcool diplomas, under and charging students excessive overtime. Who after being died following a car crash last night. The coroner identified him as 60yearold michael lemcool. Police say his car crashed into a pole near buffalo and cheyenne.
