Shortly after that, fitzgerald kidnapped a woman inside of her own home. The couple had allegedly forced the woman into her car but let her go a few miles down the road taking her suv. On monday, Surveillance Video picked up the pair more than 250 miles away in perry, georgia. The video appeared to show fitzgerald robbing and abducting a female clerk at a Convenience Store like the other victims the clerk was released unharmed. Theres no reason to harm and even if you dont harm the people, youre mentally messing them up. Reporter the duo was spotted in destin, florida, on wednesday. Robbed a surf shop and then a grocery store. Both 30yearold suspects have a criminal history. Fitzgerald spent time in jail for first degree burglary in harper pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated in 2010. The male suspect told one of his victims hed do anything not to go back to jail. At least two people have been killed in the last few years in train versus vehicle accidents at the crossing between highway 77 and e street in thurston county. By winnebago. This was just before 9 30 Tuesday Morning. Parker was pronounced dead. The state patrol says the investigation into what caused 3 the first two cases of the zika virus have been found in nebraska. The first is in douglas county. The other is in sarpy county. Were told both are women in the 20s who recently traveled to zika affected countries. Neither woman has had to be put into the hospital. Its important to understand that the goals are 150 minutes a week of moderate intensity aerobic exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous intensity. Show in strength and resistance training two days a week. You can break that up into, you know, 30 minutes five days a week, tenminute intervals. Priority and fit it in. Exercise lowers blood pressure, improves cholesterol, decreases inflammation. Its wonderful for the body. And to do the math, try to do 30 minutes of exercise. Five days a week, 150 minutes. It seems easier when you break it down that way.
