He called a tow truck. The driver shows up and notices the driver is inebriated. He calls Denver Police. Denver police arrive, and the driver of the vehicle takes a steak knife and stabs himself in the abdomen. Thats why all the crime scene tape is up now. Ill step out of the shot.
