Mcconnell leads him by 20 points in the latest bluegrass poll from the career journal. In georgia today, a crowded seven way Senate Primary field will be narrowed down to two with a runoff to be held on july 22nd. Today, primaries will shape the ballots for critical contests this november. New this morning, in a surprise move, thailands army has declared martial law nationwide. The army insists a coup is not under way and urging people in thailand to carry on with their daily activities as usual. The military says the action is meant to restore order after six months of street protests and unrest has nearly paralyzed the government.
