The ukrainian base is now surrounded. Theres no word on whether the garrison has been ordered to feet or surrender. Russia has taken crimea without firing a shot. Its taken just three days. Russian troops occupying a region thats pulling away from ukraine fast, with the full support of most of its people. Pro russian militias have formed. These men making sure no one pulls down the statue of lenin. The navy chief defected to russia today, and his orders may now come from moscow. The russian takeover amounts to a declaration awar. Ukraines army in crimea is pinned down and humiliated. And the rest of ukraine, its army has been put on combat alert. Now the world more than ever needs to look at ukraine and see how beautiful they are and how their ideals arent too much different than american ideals. Its the second time its burned in the last four month. They say squatters may have started this fire. According to investigators, the first fire happened when gas from a leaking pipe came in contact with lamps used to grow marijuana. The governor made his stance clear on legalizing marijuana. The overview is, you can see how the heavy rain makes the bulls eye for sonoma county. For the most part it looks like tomorrow night will be the best chance for seeing those accumulations adding up in the south bay. Heres a closer view for your morning commute. Marine county, chances are you will have a little bit of rain, a little less so down for the south bay. Mainly light to moderate rain. No yellow or red showing up in the future cast. And as we go through the afternoon, light rain at times. You see that quickmoving line as we go through the overnight hours. And then the skys turning partly cloudy on tuesday and the wednesday system now really doesnt look like much. So the main event will be what comes in tomorrow night and tuesday. By 6 00, not a lot of accumulations out there to cause problems, but its after 6 00 now. Now youre seeing the totals add up in the south bay. From roughly 7 00 tomorrow night to tuesday morning, thats where most of the rainfall will fall. And very likely in the santa cruz mountains, theyll pick up about 2 inches of rain. In the sierra, well add another inch or two. Perhaps as much as 3 to 4 inches above 4,000 feet. The computer model trend has been to take this system and weaken it by the time it hits the bay area. Pretty good area of rain for the north bay that weakens as it slides south of the bay area. Then as we pass thursday and friday well see the opposite of tropical pressure build in. So well get 70s in the bay area. And were starting to see rain on the coast. That will move south by next sunday. We could see a few showers as we wrap up next weekend. Light rain. Near 61 in san jose, upper 50s to near 60 in san francisco. North bay seeing the most of the rain between now and wednesday. As skies clear, you notice on the seven day forecast, skies clear out.
