Last week i was carrying around a zip lock bag. Snacks in between. You know how i do. No one witnesses my life as much as you, kath. You have to see it to believe it. You really do. Anyway, she decided so everyone else could do this too. Put all the snacks you normally eat into a zip lock all day long and see how many things wind up in there. People are different, arent they . Some people just enjoy their meals. You are a snacker. You hardly eat anything when we go out for meals. We go to lunch, and im, like, im taking food out of everybody everybody elses face, but i dont snack. This is all part of that start today plan. You are healthy, and there help you lose weight. You are miserable. Maybe later i wont be. How much weight do you want to lose . I think you look fantastic. You know triggered it . Remember when we wore our weight on a button like about six years ago whenever that was . I think i was, like, 142, 143. I stood on the scale a little while ago, and i was 152. I was, like, okay, lets pay attention. Like you dont realize. Its gradual thing. It happens a pound here and a pound there. After 50. Not two. After 50 your metabolism changes, hoda woman. Yes. Im trying to figure out things i can do just to make sure i can still wear the clothes that i like. The same ones that ive been wearing over and over again. I love them every time i see them. We went down to the keys, and ive been going there for over 20 years. I dont think weve ever experienced such incredible weather. Im sorry to say to everybody thats yeah. Everybody was saying that in all of florida that usually you get a couple of rainy, cold, windy days, and we had one monsoon that lasted an hour. The rest of it thats bambino on our friends boat. The days unfolded, i get up early and go down to my office, which is a gazebo right on the water and do my devotions and have my coffee, and now i have a fire pit there. I put it its so much fun. Mornings can be a little chilly. You light a little fire. Yeah. Just exercise. Exercise. I would be able to go to lunch and spend it you know, its boring, but for no, its not. Dploo. It was exactly what i needed. Both of my kids were there for the whole time. I still have cassidy. Shes going back to l. A. Tomorrow. I have my friends, and i love to see them, but when you can have your grown children for them for, like, two weeks and just how awesome. Yeah. Reconnect and do all those things. Yeah. I just would like to try and thank one person properly and say that while i was singing and dancing and playing piano and having one of the best experiences ive ever had on a film, my lady was raising our daughter, pregnant with our second, and trying to help her brother fight his battle with cancer.
