Clinton you know Justice Scalia is known for his real devotion to the constitution. And look what the republican senators are doing, they are bending the constitution instead of doing what they should. During her speech she talked her conversation with me she was dismayed at the recent nevada puc decision to go along with nv energys request to stop incentives for current and future home owners who install solar panels on houses. Clinton then all of a sudden you come in and say, just kidding . We are going to charge you, we are going to put extra burdens on you. I think that is totally wrong.
