So for me now that, im able to get out of that situation, i never forget these people. Any employee can refuse to work on a holiday thats been designated for them. But the consequences are that the employer can fire them for fusing to come to work. Reporter refusing to come to work. The only thing a worker can do now to try to get holidays off is organize into a labor union and start socalled collective bargaining.
