But the nervous moments for parents outside of schools checking on their cell phones, hoping to hear from their children that was real. This mom asked not to reveal her identity. I couldnt breathe. The department of justice announced that the universitys title 9 office where students and faculty can report and gender discrimination or misconduct was in violation of federal law, not taking any action against these claims. appears that a homeowner has been shot. After he confronted a group of catalytic converter thieves. According to the

, deputies responded here to the 4500 block of sergeant avenue in
Castro Valley
just before 04 00am wednesday on reports of shots fired. When they arrived, they found a male victim who had been shot twice in the leg. The

says that the victim was attacked after he confronted for people who are tempting to steal a catalytic converter from a car parked along the street after the shooting. The suspects fled the area in a silver fourdoor sedan. The victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to be okay. Shortly after thevshooting, the suspects vehicle was spotted traveling along 5. 80. A sheriffs deputy followed the car on to eastbound. 24 the california

and the sheriffs deputy then tried to pull over the car, but it wouldnt stop later in the morning. The sedan was involved in an accident in walnut creek. The 4 suspects were seen fleeing on foot and have not yet been found. The

Investigators say the vehicle then fled the area and did not stop to check on the victim. Officers took the woman to a hospital and that is where she was pronounced dead. Anyone with information in this case is asked to call. Police knew this evening. A suspected drug dealer facing felony charges. San

say they caught him carrying what they described as quote enough fentanyl to kill. The entire city miguel ramos was arrested in the tenderloin on saturday with nearly 8 pounds of fentanyl. Investigators say the amount of fentanyl is enough to kill more than 1. 5 million people. The
