This is downtown reno. Police tell news 4 the shooting took place inside the casino, and that one person was taken to renown with unknown injuries. One person is also in custody, and all parties involved are reportedly cooperating with the investigation. We dont know if the victim and suspect know each other or not. Were going to be following this story throughout the day, keep you posted on any new developments. Now we have an update on a story weve been following for you throughout the weekend. Truckee police crews have found the body of a second man whose caw in capsized friday night. Officials say they found lucas johnsons body in about 60 feet of water yesterday afternoon at the Northeast Corner of the lake near where they believe he was from auburn a. Rescue team found the body of a man, he has been identified as josh what patterson from cool, california. Officials do not believe the men were wearing life vests. The water in donor lake was between 37 and 39 degrees over the weekend. Theres new information this morning on a recent decision impacting solar customers. Were learning of a decision that will impact some institutions, including the city of reno and Washoe CountySchool District. For you the taxpayers, that means the anticipated Energy Savings are not what were initially thought. It also means theres new math in calculating how long it will take to recoup the millions of dollars in investment made in Solar Projects by the city and School District. Naomi duer said reno installed storm systems. Seven of those are affected by we were expecting a savings of 1. 6 million to 3 million over the life of the system. Looks like this may cut our savings by 80 to a hundred thousands dollars, in that ballpark. The School District has 39 solar systems. Jason getties with the district says up to six of those systems could be impacted by the new rates. Still he says hes much more concerned about an upcoming rate class. Getties says theres no way to know which direction solar pc is going to take. Nevada eastern is joining the fight against president obamas plan to cut Greenhouse Gas emissions. Ag adam lansalt filed documents, saying he endorsed the fight in several states against the clean power plant. He believes states have a right to decide pollution emission standards for themselves. A climate advocacy representative says lansalt is choosing the interest of over the health of communities and the climate. Lansalt says he believes the authority and effort to implement obamas plan. William schooler had just walked back to the pullpet inside scion Baptist Church when the resort got out of a pew and followed him.
