That camera right over there in front of that bar caught the images of the motorcycle and corvette racing. They were going very quickly. Midnight the car and motorcycle, they were coming down from this direction east on sahara. The orange line shows the direction of the motorcycle. Police say actually right here where i am standing there was a toyota yaris. It went right into the intersection and collided with the motorcycle rider. The impact sent the motorcycle rider about 20 feet in this direction. Right over here you can see that the helmet landed right at the spot. Police ended 27yearold roger ramirezmenendez for dui. He was driving the yaris. Investigators say the motorcycle rider, 31yearold martinez, was taken to the hospital. He is still in very critical condition. As for ramirezmendez . He failed a field sobriety test. He is at the Clark County Detention Center facing dui charges. As far as the driver who was in the corvette, police are looking for him. Krystal a local mother speaking out after finding her son stabbed and lying in a pool of blood sunday. This happening at their home on princeton street near West Washington and decatur. She says she heard her son screaming for help down the hall. When she turned on the light to his room she saw he had been stabbed several times in the chest and back. She also noticed the she said it was jacob driscol leaving out of a window. Police arrested him an hour from the crime scene. He has been charged with murder. Michelle a judge could soon decide if the Clark County School district was responsible for not stopping bullying at a local junior high school. Krystal two parents sued the School District with this claim of bullying and both sides have rested their case. Sergio avila has been covering this story from the beginning. He joins us from the courthouse. Today. Reporter this is the mother of the boy who claims that he was stabbed or as the district says poked in the groin with a pencil back in 2011. It was amy, this mother. She testified about how her sons demeanor changed after that bullying. She says that she had tried to talk to her son about what was going on. Her son became very disconnected from not only the family but his that the bullying was happening on a daily basis. Those two mothers are suing the School District claiming that both their sons were not only brutally but verbally but physically attacked by another student in band class in 2011. Evidence in this case has just wrapped up. She was the final witness for the plaintiffs in this case. The judge then asked the defense if they were going to call any witnesses. They replied no. They also rested their case. Now it may take several months on this. Whats going to happen is both sides will deliver a written Closing Argument for the judge to take under advisement and that is expected to take about four months for them to file all those briefings. So it may not be until march until we get a full resolution on this case. But just know that we will have an eye on it and keep track of all the developments as they happen.
