To create a Better Future for the country, omalley proposes restoring common sense labor and wage policies, and make investments in our country. You have to create some new Grant Programs so that states have some skin in the game. And their dollars are matched by the federal government. The problem hasnt gone away. We have to deal with that. We and the number of volunteers i have and the different organizations just have a compassion for the problem out there and this is our way of making it go away as best we can, said Siouxland Sleepout event coordinator, willie delfs.
