Matt and sheila . matt the Woodbury County Sheriffs Office has identified two women who jumped from a secondstory apartment window during a sloan, Sheila Alanna gotto of sloan, iowa and alyssa boggs of anthon were both transported to Mercy Medical center for treatment and released on january 1st. They are both 19yearsold. Woodbury county sheriffs deputy, todd peterson, was first on the scene and assisted gotto and boggs when they jumped from the apartment building.
