Tonight were learning its the same man thats been terrorizing families 30 miles across town. It started about two weeks ago. Neighbors say this man walter laak began acting erratically. Waving his gun up in the air saying im gonna burn this place down im gonna burn this place down they say he would blast terrible music during all hours of the night. While getting drunk and smashing beer bottles. He would throw them from his front door and then go right back inside or stand there at his front door and look at you. He would never come out in the open the neighbors who dont want to give their names away say walter laak would throw the beer bottles at them that he is very dangerous and if you see him go the other way lock yourself in your an incident 30 miles across town led to his arrest. He allegedly attacked a pastor beat him tried to run him over twice and then shot a gun at his home.
