Reporter she was supposed to be arraigned yesterday. It was postponed to today. Thats why everyone is back in court today. Salman is expected to enter a plea to the charges against her. They include obstruction of justice for allegedly lying and misleading investigators after the orlando nightclub shooting. The other charge she fates, aiding and abetting a terrorist organization. They say she not only knew about the attack planned but she helped him carry out the plan. Now, yesterday in court we have the sketches to show you. Noor appeared before a judge and kept her head down most of the time. She was quiet and seemed sad. She had only one Family Member there watching the proceedings. Her uncle says that her father is deceased and her mother is sick. He did say a few things outside of the courthouse yesterday. Also in support and essentially defending her. He said she is convinced she is innocent. She was in an abusive relationship with mateen and she knew nothing of his plans to kill all of the people that died at the orlando nightclub back in june. Salman is the widow of omar mateen. He shot and killed 29 people and injured dozens of others back in june and pledged allegiance to isisberg during the attack and later killed by police. Noor was arrested at the family home in rode yee. Thats where she had moved to after attack in florida. She wasnt arrested until this past monday. Now about half an hour from now, she is expected to answer and enter a plea to the charges against her. She faces two criminal accounts. The latter count, gasia and alex, could earn her a life sentence in prison if convicted. After this wraps up today, federal prosecutors have requested that she be transferred back to florida for the remainder of the court proceedings. You might have heard some reports say that parents are finding mold inside their childrens sophie the giraffe teething toy. This is what sophie looks like. It is a popular baby gift. Runs about 25 bucks. Parents say they began to detect a musty smell and then some of them cut their giraffes open to find it filled with mold. Now some people are reaching out to us at ktvu sending us pictures of what they found when they dissected sophie. Emma harris sent us this picture saying sophie was clean and it has been a few years sense they had her. Another twitter user says sophie in your defense, we have had the toy for four years and there is no water and no mold. But its not just the sophie giraffe that this could happen to. Most plastic toys, toys are holes could be at risk for mold depending how you clean and treat them. That doesnt necessarily mean that your child could be affected.
