going on i-70 up to the cot -- high country. and belen de leon is live as well as cheryl preheim live in santa clara before the get -- before the big game. we will be back with them in a moment. but first, belen de leon live in arvada at king soopers. how is it going this morning? >> yes we are in arvada with all these broncos fans, ready for their magnets. right here next to me we had these beautiful ladies, this is stephanie and what is your name? >> roberta. >> and they are ready to get magnets so without further ado, let's give away some magnets. all right, the origin blew out here is in full force. let's take a look at the forefront -- the orange and blue out here is in full force. let's look at the forecast, teams in some spots but by this afternoon warmer than yesterday with highs in the upper 40s with just a few clouds over our heads. check it out, this is how your saturday morning is starting out. your afternoon highs are going to be in the upper 40s, could see 50s around the downtown area and closer to the foothills. we do have to watch out for stronger winds inns -- in southern wyoming. we could see gusts up there towards 75 miles per hour and closer to the foothills gusting to 50 miles per hour. we will let you know how long this dry and mild weather trend will continue. out here at 64th in mcintyre giving away magnets. -- and mcintyre giving away away tracy? >> take it away, tracy. >> you heard him. if you're heading westbound on i-70 we are starting to see the influx of traffic. just crawling. the good news i have though, is we're not battling the weather elements like we were last weekend. we are not battling the snow. we could be dealing with stronger wind gusts but for some of these normal vehicles we should be okay. were adding another about 40 minutes onto that normal drives to get worse. everybody just leaving the city, the slowdown is all the way from genesee all the way through idaho springs and when slow. those speeds are down in the single digits, so you know you've got to pack the patient -- patients -- you have to pack your patience when you go up there. we could see the traffic pattern a little bit different, typical for your saturday morning. >> we love you but you are always the bearer of bad news. right on cue. thanks tracy, we appreciate it. listen to radio weekend for traffic updates and up-to-the- minute road conditions. just log onto cotrip.org . and watch the reports right here on 9news, tracy joining us from weather nation. we are almost here, all the talk and all the hype -- just a day away from only stadium that runs on solar power. i think this is so interesting. all the power for game day is generated by the sun. there are three bridges that take fans to the parking lot and those are covered in solar panels, and it's pretty amazing because if you think about it all the electricity needed inside the stadium on game day -- 100% of that power is generated by solar power here. we did the math. it would be equivalent to 925 houses, about 2000 -- 25,000 ft.2 that would have a zero energy bill for this day. this is the most popular spot here at the stadium. this 50. starting at about 5:00 this morning we saw chefs on their way to work that were taking being here. one thing we notice a lot is airplanes flying over the stadium. it's part of the flight path from san jose airport, a few miles away. not something you will see on game day for security reasons they will close the airspace over the stadium. the number of helicopters doing suites has been impressive. a part of the security effort here as well. that is something you will see on game day. back live here outside the stadium, this is the spot. we saw this the happiest -- called this the happiest corner on earth because you will see a line -- we saw one at midnight all the way down the block, people bringing their cameras wanting to get this shot just because this is the golden super bowl. and again it was so sunny -- funny -- without oh, maybe we shouldn't be here -- we thought oh, maybe we shouldn't be here and that cop said no we just want to get a picture at the end of the shift. officers need your
