John christine im here at Mountain Crest park where hundreds of people gathered tonight in a candlelight vigil for sydney land and neo kauffman family and friends of the young couple tell us they were the people found dead at an apartment complex earlier today. Neo had gun shot wounds, police havent said exactly how sydney died. They lit up candles and shared stories of the both of them. Loved ones tell us the pair were found inside their apartment by a family friend after no one heard from them for more than 24 hours. They say theyre in shock since both were so loved by those who knew neo was a great kid very very funny he had a lot of passion and hard as you can see Everybody Loves him joy to be around he was a joy to be around people love to be around neo i just love her so much and i miss her i hope shes up there watching over everybody shes safe now and in a better place im gonna miss her sydneys family was at the vigil they describe her as a beautiful soul and they say she was kind and sweet. Neos friends tell us he was always making people laugh and those who knew them say thee pair loved each other very much. They met in high school at Centennial Hills they moved in together a few months ago. Neo was just 20 and sydney 21 police still dont know who did this.
