John christine at this point its too early to say whether there were osha violations in this case. But today when we took a look at the companys history. We found instances of serious violations in the past. Where osha stepped in and investigated performance builders inc. In six of those cases the cases were closed and the company wasnt fined for any reason. But in the other three, investigators found multiple instances of serious violations. In fact the last time they were investigated was just a few months ago. When osha determined the company had serious violations. Which appears to be related to the scaffolding. Now of course as soon as we found that out we asked to that case just to see if there were any similarities between that case and what happened last week in tivoli village. Osha said theyre not releasing the specifics at this time. But they might be able to release it to us later this week. So stay tuned for that. Another organization we talked to today was the union that represents construction workers. And when we asked them about this company, they said it has a little bit of a reputation.
