They dont have an officer for every location. But theyll keep the cars rolling through just to make sure they have an eye on things and a presence. A couple people i spoke with today are actually nervous about possible uprisings or protests from the losing side in the next few days. So i asked officers if thats on their radar. And they tell me of course theyll be ready for it but for how calm early voting has been. They dont think well see anything major. Police tell us the semitruck did not stop after the impact and continued driving toward california. Troopers say they still want to talk to the truck driver even though the victim was at fault for the crash. Roads in t are now back open. One person was critically hurt in a crash on the 95. Police tell fox5 the crash happened just after 2 am on the 95 near the decatur and valley view exit. Witnesses say the driver was speeding and reckless before the crash. The car crashed into a median wall. Police tell us crews rushed the driver to University Medical center in critical condition. Closed captioning a pilot is rescued after a plane crash in the midwest over the weekend. Officials say that plane went down yesterday in wisconsin. They say the pilot was a new flyer with less than fifty flying hours under his belt. A family that lives near the crash sight rushed to the scene to offer their help.
