Police say they used covert cameras and a bicycle embedded with a gps receiver to catch the thieves that stole a 2hundred dollar valued bike these two people were arrested. Police say they found the bike in their truck in the walmart parking lot in Cedar Falls Police say dull is a suspect in other bike thefts in the community, and their investigation is on going.
