Police say brooks was speeding when he collided with a Dodge Caravan causing injuries to passngers in the van. 38yearold cynthia brooks of waterloo died. The cars involved in the crash destroyed the next day when burned through a cedar falls evidence storage building. Police say everything inside the building was lost in the fire.
