Natasha, yes, this morning we had our coldest low temperature of the season so far in philadelphia. We dropped down to 15 degrees. Fourteen in the lehigh valley. We woke up to five in mount pocono. And after that cold start, we had our coldest High Temperature of the season so far, in philadelphia, as well. We only got to 24 degrees. Today, of course, we had the blustery winds on top of that, really impacting that feelslike temperature. The positive piece of the forecast is the blustery winds are starting to wayne. But we still have breeze up around 10 Miles Per Hour out of the northwest. At reporting site since 19 in philadelphia, feeling like nine, 16 down the shore, feeling like four, and seven in the poconos, feeling like seven below at this hour. And tomorrow, the cold continues, but it will be the last day of this latest bitter blast, more lows falling back to the teens once again, High Temperatures tomorrow will struggle to near 30 degrees. Windchills will likely be down near zero in the city and sun zero to the north and west, early tomorrow morning. Dozens are forced to evacuate a train in florence township new jersey due to fire on board. Eyewitness news, at the florence light rail station, where Officials Say flames broke out on a river line train about 6 30 this evening, passengers were on board at the time of the few but made it out safely. Officials investigating the cause after fire in the city Port Richmond section, eyewitness Eyewitness News in the 2200 block of east butler street where a fire broke out shortly before 4 00 this afternoon. Were told there were people inside the building at the time. But everyone did make it out safely. And the red cross is now assisting dozens of residents, displaced by an Apartment Fire last night in gloucester township, new jersey. Flames errupted around 10 00, at the lakeview apartments, on the 500 block of lower lands being road, took firefighters about three hours to get the blaze under control. Told 50 residents were displaced and luckily no one was injured. A woman and her boyfriend are both behind bars tonight. The two are facing charges related to the brutal murder of the womans 14 year old adopted daughter. Cherri gregg from sister station kyw news radio has more on the horrific details of this case. The hours and the days leading to up her murder were probably the most horrible and traumatic that any person should ever have had to experience. The gruesome details of what ended the life of 14 year old grace packer, are startling. The coconspirators bought poison. They both a bow saw to dispose of her body once she was poise orthopedics. Prosecutors say 44 year old Jacob Patrick sullivan of bucks county and girlfriends, 41 year old sarah packer, conspired to kidnap, rape, czars adopted daughter grace as part of twisted sexual fantasy and suicide pact. They excused part one july 8th, when they drove young grace in her pajamas to a bucks county home. She was punched, and then she was tied up, hogtied, sedgley molested, she was raped. The defendant also prior to this committed an involuntary deaf and the sexual intercourse on her. The duo later poisoned grace, strangled her with the poison failed. The teens dismembered body was found in a Luzerne County park on halloween. Unfortunately grace packer was a disposable child to these people. Investigators say, sullivan and packer began planning the murder in 2015. Packer reported grace missing a day after her death which soon raised questions after a three county investigation that break came on december 30th. Miss sullivan attempted suicide, days later confessed. The question becomes who will remember grace packer . Who will now speak for grace packer . We will. Authorities say they will use all of their resources to bring the alleged killers to justice. The d. A. s office says they are considering the Death Penalty in the case. Also, tonight, former university of pennsylvania professor raphael robb is out of prison after serving ten years for the 2006 death of his wife ellen robb inside their upper merion home. Raphael robb pled guilty to voluntary manslaughter back in 08. He was released just after 6 00 this morning from prison in northwestern pennsylvania. And former pennsylvania congressman, shank a fattah requesting more free time so can he continue to fight his legal battle. Fattah, who is expected to start a ten year prison term this month, has petitioned Us Appeals Court to allow him to remain free while he appeals his racketeering conviction. Fattah expects to win a new trial based on perceived errors, he says, during his original trial. Federal prosecutors oppose fattahs motion to remain free. A hands full of lawmakers calling now for a review of Safety Measures in the wake of recent train crashes. New jersey senators cory booker and bob menendez are among five senators asking the National Transportation board to conduct a comprehensive review on sleep apnea testing for railroad engineers.
