A lawyer for Cosmo Dinardo says he admitted to be part of the murders of all four men and told investigators where to find them in a mass grave. One victim was identified, 1 19yearold dean justin finch. The bodies were burned according to the Associated Press and dinardo will be spared the Death Penalty in exchange for his confession. Cosmo dinardo told authorities everything, including why he killed jimi patrick, thomas meo and mark sturgis and dean finocchiaro. A person with knowledge of the confession told Associated Press dinardo killed the men over marijuana then burned their bodies at his family farm. That same person said a coconspirator was involved with three of the murders. Defense attorney lang would not say why dinardo did it. That will come out in time. The District Attorney said he would do whatever possible to give the families of the four men closure this not the outcome he wanted.
