Investigation. Theyre still trying to determine how that five year old ended up with the bags or the packets really of heroin in his hundred p box. But they say the good news is right now they dont believe that any children ingested the drugs. So heres what we know. Trenton police say on monday they were called to the International Academy every Trenton CharterSchool Bellevue avenue for report of recovered drugs, as the school with kindergartners, to second graders, teacher reported five year old playing what looked like candy wrapper, took closer look found it was some casino every drugs in a folded wax paper, something the police referred to as a deck. The teacher looked in the students lunch bag, found 29 more packets which police say were heroin, the child was taken to the hospital and tested for precaution but no drugs were found in the childs system. Police say theyre working with Child Protective Services as they investigate this indent and try to determine who put the drugs in the lunch box, but as of right now, theyve made no arrests, we talked to the charter school, they havent put out any information, not talking us to, but they say theyll put out release sometime today, addressing the incident and what theyre doing to keep student safe. Police on the scene of shooting in kensington that happened within the past hour, across the street from the school. Our greg argos is live at fourth and lehigh, greg, what do you know so far . Well, jim, this is a developing situation, but im going to layout exactly what we do know so far here at fourth and lehigh, like you mention, in kensington, in the very large police scene right here where the shooting happened within the past hour, were told by witnesses if you notice there is a table over there with some toilet paper. The victim in this case, according to witnesses, was selling toilet paper or selling those supplies. And he was shot were told by folks who were here in the area. This is fairhill square, if you will notice to the left here, there is an elementary school. This is julia, elementary school, here at fourth and lehigh in kensington. That school because of the shooting went into lockdown. Were told by School District officials that lockdown has since been lifted. Still a lot of information that were trying to gather about exactly what went down here at fairhill square. Once again, at fourth street, and lehigh, in kensington, a developing situation, police here at the scene, and you can see right here, live, actually increasing the area that theyre searching, the crime scene itself here live as were reporting about this shooting. Once again, for parent of student here at julio deburgos by lent all elementary school, the shooting was not at this school, it was across the street at this parkment once again the School Lockdown has been lifted. Thank you so much, greg. Meanwhile in other News Pennsylvania State Police want to know if alcohol was a factor in the Early Morning car crash that claimed the life of a five year old boy. Chopper three over the eastbound lanes every interstate 78 in hellertown, northampton county. The five year old boy was killed, another two Year Old Girl and four adults were injured. Investigators say they found open containers of alcohol at the scene. Several south jersey Fire Companies are cleaning up after battling three alarm fire in atlantic city. Chopper three was right over the 3story building at south dover and harrisburg avenues where the fire broke out upper floors just before 9 00 this morning. Everyone got out of the house in time. There are no reported injuries. So far there is no word on the cause. The search continues for the cause of a late night fire that seriously damaged a 120 Year Old Church in Pennsauken Camden county. No one was hurt. But firefighters say heavy smoke and furniture inside made it tough for them. They say the fire started in the basement. The small congregation hopes to rebuild soon, and theyre hoping to hold services this sunday. We havent decided as of yet. And i guess it all depends on the smoke damage in the sanctuary park. Maybe we can use the top area. Precaution, and we are very fortunate that nobody got hurt and the fire was limited to the basement with some minor extension. Gotten relatively modest sustained winds speeds 40 miles per hour, it is going to eventually beheading further north. And it is staying inland. But, it loses its steam with time here. We expect essentially just fizzling. Turning back to the frontal boundery, that you saw on the larger scale radar, moment ago. By the time we hit the late afternoon, talking far northwestern suburbs, so lehigh valley, poconos, i80 corridor, could you see shower or thunderstorm out of. This and perhaps by the time we hit 7 00 maybe 8 00 there is still a linger spotty shower here and there. But the further south you go, youre in the sunshine until that sun officially drops on the horizon, and that will happen after 7 00. Meanwhile, this is just going to continue to fizzle.
