By coincidence officers were within walking distance of the shooting when it happened. They just had made a stabbing arrest unrelated, they heard the gun shots, the gun shot were really loud because it is a large caliber gun and those officers that were just tying up, making these stabbing arrest were able to respond to the scene, because they were only about two blocks away.
