Aside from the light wind, Delaware River this morning is calm but there is still no sign of the missing 66 yearold man who were told fridays bucks county. We did speak with friends off camera last night who said he is a strong swimmer and they are hoping he is still alive. Last nights search crews immediately began looking for a 66 yearold man who was last seen in the Delaware River around 8 00 p. M. Manpower from philadelphia, new jersey state police, and the coastguard used boats, a chopper and under water tracking device. Police said five people were on board a 24foot sail boat watching a race when a storm quickly moved in. Officials say group dropped their sales and used a motor to head back to the Delaware River yacht club but the the sudden thunderstorm, caused this sail boat to capsize. It filled with water and, according to the individuals on the boat it sunk immediately. Reporter four people were able to swim back to the river bank by the philadelphia fire academy. They told police they last saw this 66 yearold using a cooler as a floattation device in the river. While they were getting on the banks of the Delaware River, saving themselves they looked back and they saw the cooler floating and they no longer saw the 66 yearold male holding on. Reporter police do tell us it was difficult to see the the water because of all of the rain. It was also choppy from the weather there. That cooler though was later found on the new jersey side of the Delaware River. Now we also heard that a chopper last night may have spotted that sail boat but it was too dark and dangerous to send a boat back out again. This cell phone video shows us a fast moving fire on raven hallow drivein Montgomery County, one neighbor say started with the flash of lightening around 7 30 wednesday night. We ran over the neighbors house, started knocking on the door. She came running out of the side door already on the phone calling Fire Department. Reporter eyewitnesses say they first saw lightening and then smoke and fire. It was just minutes before that roof went up in flames. We have extensive damage on the roof area most of the roofies gone. Second floor has extensive damage but the the first floor, with the exception of water, from the Fire Fighting operation is in tack. Reporter in voorhees, new jersey a similar story. Scary, very scary. Reporter fire displaced 17 units this complex on the 2500 block of berwyn court. I heard an explosion like noise and then i saw embers flying so i believe it was lightening. Court document reveal he met 16 yearold victim on line using the app whisper. Police say the father of two brought the girl to the Lincoln Motel on route one, late sunday night. She thought that he was going to help her runaway and, of course, she showed signs of the teenage inner trouble and he took advantage of that. He manipulated that, got her in the hotel room and then assaulted her. Police say dougherty recorded the attack with his cell phone. He has since lost his new coaching job. The senators youth hockey team said he never made any contact with minors. This melbourne music teacher will be in court to face sex abuse charges.
