to sort it out. Reporter police are calling this an unusual homicide investigation. We have a man shot to death. We have a man hoist under arrest for drunk driving. Top it off there were a couple nearby that were almost hit by stray bullets. A dozen spent shell casings left in the middle of the

street overnight. After a 29 yearold man is gun down and left for dead. We found 12 spent shell casings, all within 8 inches some just feet from where the victim collapsed, which is an indication that he was the intended target, and a indicated he was shot from point blank range. are calling this an unusual homicide investigation. Shooting happened just before midnight but it didnt end there. Eyewitnesses tell police shortly after the man collapsed another driver, unrelated to the shooting, ran over the body. Police caught up to the 79 yearold behind the wheel two blocks away. Investigators say he a appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. The 79 yearold male who drove over our 29 yearold victim, after he was shot, which appears accidentally was arrested for drunk driving. Reporter a five twoyear old man and woman were sitting in the car near a shooting, they were miss by flying bullets, which is a window and a door. Had it been several more inches, over, then the the bullet could have went through the the drivers door or front windshield and struck this five twoyear old driver.
