We are told by Law Enforcement sources that the boro Council President in up land was falsely arrested in february of this year and then there was significant red flags that popped up. The suspect are accused of stealing 55 tons of nickel bags from south coatsville, over a period of several years. The authorities say, they resold nick toll a philadelphia recycling company. This investigation began when a plant manager said he noticed suspect George Glasgow removing nickel from a bucket.
