Pennsylvania mother accused of killing her adopted daughter pleaded not guilty in the teens death. Sarah packer appeared in the bucks county courtroom for her formal arraignment. Authorities say the 41 yearold woman and her boyfriend jacob sullivan, killed 14 yearold grace pack inner july. Sullivan will be formally arraigned on murder and related charges on march 31st. The couple could face the death penalty, if convicted.
