Delaware judge hears closing arguments in the trial of three girls charged in the School Bathroom ought case that turned deadly. Judge will deciding whether the teens are responsible for the death of amy Joyner Frances. Eyewitness News Reporter alycia nieves was in the courtroom in wilmington today. Reporter three delaware teens charged in the death of their classmate should soon know their fates. Were all devastated. It is almost like reliving in it for the first time. Reporter father for teen who died last april have this bathroom brawl inside Howard High School of technology had to watch his daughters last moments, captured on student cell phone video at lee four times today, as judge heard four hours of closing arguments from prosecutors, and Defense Attorneys for each teen charged. Amy was hit 26 times. She was kick six times. You could see that she was kicked in her head. Reporter prosecutors started their argument by showing students cell phone shot video saying it is an obvious attack, brutal beat down, arguing Joyner Frances never saw it coming. Defense attorney for each teen charged did not dispute that amy Joyner Frances died in a most tragic way, but video captures a mutual fight where each teen was responsible, and no one could have known that Joyner Frances had a rare melody sees that would cause her death after the bathroom brawl. The three teens charged, including the one facing criminally negligent homicide could potentially face no jail time because of a juvenile system there is no mandate for jail time so charges each teen is facing. That is tough, because at the end of the day three young laid hoist caused the life of a beautiful young lady named amy Joyner Frances they get to go home and the Joyner Frances family has to go to the cemetery or look at pictures. Video shows two state Police Interrogators pressing frein on why he targeted two troopers at Blooming Grove barracks on september 12th, 2014.
