Reporter ukee, very disturbing that 24 yearold man will face charges, including attempted murder and rape. This all happened, just around 5 30 wednesday night on the 1700 block of south conestoga street in southwest philadelphia. This is near wood land avenue. Medics, found the baby unresponsive inside the home, and one yearold died about half an hour later at children s hospital of philadelphia, and police say that doctors found bruces and other injuries on the child. They are consistent with both physical and Sexual Assault, but investigators are still waiting on a autopsy to determine the official cause of death. This happened at weis market in wyoming county, police say a employee spent 90 minutes of his shift blocking entrances and exits so no one could flee once that shooting started. Police say 24 yearold randy stair fired 59 shots from two shotguns he took to the store in the duffle bag. Stair then took his own life. Pennsylvania lawmakers are proposing new bills to expand the states hate crime law to include people with mental and physical disabilities. The move comes after several recent attacks including this one in which a suspect sucker punched a man with Cerebral Palsy outside a store in west chester and earlier this week this video surfaced showing four teens attack a mentally challenged man in germantown. Police identified suspects in both attacks. Police in bucks county are looking for two suspects wanted for installing a card skimming device on a bank atm.
