And now we factor in the wind, it feels like it is around 30 degrees in philadelphia. But feels 23 degrees up in the allentown area. Our temperatures today, will be warming up. Not a lot. We have them maybe getting all the way to 50 degrees. You might evening out 51 degrees. But that should be the extent of it. The skies would be nice and bright, so it is a cold start to the day, the finish, still chilly, weve got seven day forecast, and the temperatures are all over the place, ill show you that coming up. Now, firefighters here in Burlington County, battling this blaze at south jersey mowers, lawn mowing business there in the area. It is happening on the 600 block of styles avenue in maple shade. Now, that initial call came in just before 4 00 this morning. So weve been watching this fire all morning long. Police tell cbs3, that one woman so far has been rushed to the hospital suffering from smoke inhalation. But, again, you can see, lots lots of fire there, theyve been working on this, and there is some white smoke coming. That means that they may be gaining the upper hand on getting this fire under control. But, for now, still a big, big mess out there, in Burlington County. Were also told by the way, some road closures, in the area, so well try to get some more information on that, and pass it along to you. Right now, though, Temple University student is recovering after being shot during a attempted robbery early this morning. Reporter nicole, right away we start seeing news alerts from Temple University on twitter, through email, advising the student body to stay away from the area of the shooting. I want to take you to the scene now, getting details, still coming in, this is developing story, but heres what we know. This Morning Police responding to the 1500 block of north 17th street. It is about 1 00 oclock this morning, investigators saying a Temple University student shot in the leg in a apparent robbery, that they say, went wrong. That student transferred here to hahnemann hospital, last update we received this morning, the student was in stable condition, is recovering. No word from police on possible suspects, but again, in those news releases, we got some information on a suspect, description, shooter described as a male, red hoodie, red beanie, bluejeans, mid 20s, those advisories telling student again to stay away from the area, but if they do see anything, to call 911 immediately. Meanwhile, suspected drug dealer leads Philadelphia Police on chase that ends with a violent collision. Now, in the process, four Police Officers were hit and dragged. It gannon the 5100 block of frankford avenue friday night. Officers say they saw a drug deal going down, and tried to make an arrest. The 25 year old alleged dealer then jumped into his cadillac escalade, and fled. Driving the wrong way down the inner lanes of roosevelt boulevard, the suspect actually t boned an innocent driver at langdon street. After this auto accident the male resisted arrest. And he had to be tasered, and then finally taken into police custody. The innocent driver is in stable condition. Two of the four Police Officers suffered minor injuries. The suspect facing multiple charges. And now to the latest on a horrifying case of child abuse. That is how people who know gary fallenbomb accused killer of little Scotty Mcmillan described the 23 year old, rachael waltons step mom works at the hospital where scotty was taken. All you could see is just lifeless body. And, like i said, i am a mom, so when she told me, it is rough. At a prayer vigil friday night at the gateway church, there was a search for peace and sanity, this Chester County community has been rocked, the three day long tortured death of scotty inside his home, authorities say, came at the hands of fallenbomb his own mother, 31 year old jillian tate. In this case, the defendants intentionally avoided anything that would have raised a red flag. The neighbors tell us that they didnt let the kids play outside, so that nobody would see the bruises. The couple lived inside this trail or with fallenbombs wife amber also charged with endangerment. People who worked with amber at the local walmart say there were signs of trouble in the home but didnt go into detail. I should have done something, you know, i never did. People also came out to remember the Fitness Instructor shot and killed outside the west brandywine y where she worked. Her estranged boyfriends, charged with the murder. Well, members of the transport Workers Union local 234 approve a two Year Contract with septa. Workers will get a 5 raise for the duration of that contract. Reporter barges trouble with the law started long before sundays abduction in germantown. His former fatherinlaw, who were calling anthony, says barnes attack him almost nine years ago, beating him with a glass bowl, as the two struggled over a baseball bat. I hope that he spend the rest of his life in jail, or give him the death penalty. Reporter three protection orders not enough to protect anthony or his daughter, then barnes estranged wife. He was convicted of attacking her in philadelphia in 2005. Prosecutors allege, he committed forceable sexual intercourse, jumping on top of her, hitting her in the face, choking her, placing the comforter over her face, demanding sex, telling her woe stop beating her if she removed her clothes. Barnes served maximum on four to eight year sentence for that crime, and was released on probation last year. His family thanked the medical team who cared for him, and asked for privacy. Andrew was shot by his own cousin, jaylen fryberg, three other student event died from their injuries, and jaylen dialed of self inflicted gunshot wounds. Well, later today, president obama will nominate long time federal prosecutor, loretta lynch, to serve as the next u. S. Attorney general. And then we move over to cut town, and 28 degrees brightening up there, as well, see the silow, it is a cold morning, though, few clouds, filter in that location, but the farther south you go, the more clear skies youre likely to find. Thats a must when see these temperatures like. This we are looking at temperatures today, that barely get to 50 degrees. The sun will be out. Few clouds, as well. Not as windy as yesterday. So, probably not feeling as cold as it was yesterday. Tomorrow, looks even little nicer, i think, because these temperatures get into the middle 50s, then by the time we get to monday, theyre into the upper 50s, so the improving trends is there, but not for long. Because we have this. Weve got blast of cold air. It is just waiting for us. Center of the country gets it first, it oozes over into our direction, by thursday, and friday, and probably next saturday, we are looking at temperatures that will be no higher than the fours, as we move on through the afternoon. We have clear skies now, though, for the most part. And we will keep them for the most part. As we go through the day, then tonight, we do see some clouds, move in overnight, and that will keep these temperatures warmer tomorrow morning, and overnight, not going to be warm, but warmer, than the coldest temperatures that weve seen so far this year, like were finding this morning.
