At one point police estimated this work could continue through morning commute tying up traffic but again crews are making great progress and these traffic concerns wont be a problem after all. North penn water third has been working throughout the night and as they work cannon avenue between main and Second Street is still closed. Workers replaced pipe just about an hour ago and they are filling out that filling in that trench and smoothing it out and once this is complete the the road will reopen.
