Police got that teen to presbyterian where his condition is extremely critical. Meantime investigators are on two scenes in west philadelphia, one on simpson where shots were fired. A second on 60th and vine where that teen was found. Also too they are trying to figure out if this teen was the target or if he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Based on ballistics evidence we know at least eight shots were fired from semiautomatic weapons. We found eight spent shell casings on the highway in the 200 block of north simpson street.
