Police tell Eyewitness News, someone fired a shot from a house, then ran inside. A swat team was on the scene, we are told the man is in custody. A fatal accident is under investigation in cherry hill. The call came in around 2 45 this morning, for a single car accident on route 38 at church road circle. One person died. Philadelphia police have a man in custody after a stabbing at a center city hotel. Investigators say, there was a party early this morning on the 15th floor of the Embassy Suites on the ben franklin parkway. Police say a fight ended with one man stabbing another in the neck, a 24 year old man is in stable condition.
