Called a twisted fantasy that sullivan and his girlfriend sarah packer grace s mother began planning months before they brutally killed young grace. The hours, and day, leading up to the murder, was probably the most horrible, traumatic, that any person should ever, have had to experience. Says that 44 yearold Jacob Patrick sullivan, conspired were 41 yearold sarah packer graces mother to kidnap, rape, murder the teen as part of the sick, rape murder fantasy. She has been raped, the the defendant also prior to this committed a involuntary deviant sexual intercourse on her and then she was poisoned, with medication, and then left for dead. Reporter only she did not die after leaving scene investigators say sullivan and sarah packer found young grace alive and sullivan, choked her to death. Unfortunately grace packer was a disposable child to these people. Reporter according to the criminal complaint sullivan and sarah packer began planning murder in the fall of 2015. They executed the plan july 8th. Graces mother report you had her missing the next day. Her later actions raised suspicions of investigators. Break in the case came december 30th when sullivan attempted suicide, and after days in the hospital he confessed to the staff, and police. Reporter it has taken Richard Andres a day and a half to talk about his nephew, terry, without breaking down but he wants to because terry lived the kind of life that should be talk about. He was just a wonderful kid reporter richard had been following incident unfolding at Fort Lauderdale hollywood airport when he received a call from his niece and aunt, his nephew terry, bride of 40 years. I could not believe what she was saying. Reporter in that phone call richard learned that his six twoyear old nephew was one of five victims shot and killed by a gunman in the airports baggage claim area and was there, but was not harmed. I cannot imagine her being there, went through all this and the kid, and i cannot imagine how it will happen. Reporter terry was raised in millville and relocated to the Virginia Beach area before meeting his wife, the couple lives in florida in route to a caribbean cruise, but loving father of two girls and proud grandfather to three, terry was a 1972 graduate of Millville High School and always made it a point to attend class reunions just as he made it a point on call his uncle to check this. He would talk to him at christmastime, he calls all the time, almost like one of my kid.
