Authorities are not releasing too much information, but we do know that two people include that child were taken to crozerchester medical certain. Dont know the whereabouts of the suspect, well give you more information as it becomes available. Also, new, fire breaks out in a house in the Oxford Circle section of northeast philadelphia. Eyewitness news 1300 block every eldridge street. Police say flames spotted around 5 30 this morning. Two girls, ages seven and nine, were taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation. They are in stable condition. And, a north Philadelphia Row home goes up in flames, but thanks to the quick action of neighbors, those trapped inside were able to get out safely. It happened around 2 00 this morning, in the 900 block of west huntingdon street. Two brothers, kick down the door to rescue an elderly man. Eyewitnesses say they were able to convince his wife, who was trapped on the second floor, to jump out of the window, to escape the flames. And then we were swimming, like miss, just come out, jump out. When she finally jumped out, i was able to break her fall, only thing she walked away with was a scraped leg. That was a blessing. Indeed. Two people were returned to the hospital, and treated for smoke inhalation. The cause of this fire is under investigation. Meanwhile, a grieving Community Remembers three children struck and killed by a carjacked suv. The childrens mother was critically injured, and is fate fighting for her life. They are harder when remembering children. Fifteen year old williams, thomas read, and seven year old terrence more, three siblings died selling fruit on the corner for their church. By her, she means, keisha williams, childrens mom, last saturday, she brought them to the garden, all smiling, this saturday fighting for her life in a hospital bed in critical condition. Williams, her three children, and another woman, were all hit by a car, that went out of control at allegheny and germantown avenue. Two suspects had stolen it at gunpoint from a realtor, crashed when a tire blew out, fleeing the scene as their victims lay dying on the sidewalk. The pair remains at large. Im believing in god the perpetrators will be brought to justice, those three children will not come back. Theyre dead. So they have that to live with. Eyewitness news at 33rd and mantua just after 7 00 last night. You can see, a group of firefighters on the roof, and were told it was a vacant apartment building. It is unclear right now how this fire started, and no word on the firefighters condition. New information on friday, fire in south philadelphia, 46 year old Christopher Smith police say has been charged with attempted murder and arson, in connection with this fire. Investigators say, he pushed in a window air conditioner, then lit a flame. Minutes later, he allegedly returned to the 1700 block of ziegel street, with more accelerant, trapping woman, man, and child. Lieutenant Jonathan Josey off duty and in the area and ran in to help them get out. You will remember, he was acquitted of assault charges, after this video surfaced, and he fought to get his job back. It is 27th annual irish pub tour de shore. Raising money for the irish childrens foundation. It is a nonprofit for raising money for children, endeavors, and for supporting Fallen Police officers, and their families. Now, 2,000 cyclists headed over there, right now, we talked with congressman, pat meehan, about the event. I have a long history, as former us attorney, and da, with so many people in law enforcement. Now the firefighters are part of this. This is a great tradition, and a great just great ride. And now a nice day for it, because not so hot. I think a lot of people probably make good time down to the shore. Thats right. They are headed to the irish pub, in Atlantic City, they left this one here in center city, 65mile journey. They should arrive starting around noon, and then, from there, it is going to be a Big Old Party at the irish pub over there. It is 20 to get in. It will be a warm finish, almost 90 degrees later on today. Storm scan3, i will get out of the way, and show you some of these showers and thunderstorms, just loop over the last three hours, and you can see the lightning strikes that weve seen along the shore ours, and when you saw thunderstorm, you got downpour out every those. But when it stops, this is what were looking at right now. Not that bad right now. Specially to the north and the west, with some sunshine, few clouds, if we move closer to new jersey, and the shore areas. As this pushes off to the east. Just few scattered sprinkles around. But i think the more sunshine that we see today, in this very active weather pattern, that does not makes it a little more troublesome for the cold front when it comes on through. We start to get the atmosphere so agitate that you can see some weather fight break outright overhead. So we will be continuing to monitor that. Weve got warmfront going through right now. The cold front follows. Low pressure system dragging that through. All of that just means that the atmosphere is spoiling for a fight. But by tuesday, everybodys calm, oh, it is over with, we forgive you, and the weather will be a lot better. Lets look, really stellar computer model that goes out into time. It is pretty close to where it is supposed to be. Which we like. If it starts right, it has better chance every ending right. And the clearing skies off to the north and the west, and few showers right along the shore areas, notice, 10 00 oclock, we get more clears in spots, clouds in others. We get clearing by this afternoon, 1 00 oclock, but few areas to the north and west, with some of the widely scattered showers, few clouds here, sunshine there, by midafternoon, it doesnt look bad at all around here. But, here is the feature thats been added. So we get some of these clouds in here. Notice, offer to the west, this is 11 00 tonight. We see a lot of showers, and thunderstorms, and this is where youre finding the heavier showers, this is the added feature, they start to swing this one through. This is going to change, as far as the timing and the placement, computer model catches up with where exactly the atmosphere is. But, 1 00 oclock in the morning, some of these stronger storms may be rolling on through. Then, we get, breakin some spots, not in others. That is going to be the general trends over the day and maybe even again tomorrow. Remember, that Severe Threat is there, this is a broad brush for the entire area, but, some areas, will be picking up the the downpours, strong winds, even the possibility of some hail.
