get out. >> they are putting that mess original out to help the rest of us. now that most kids are back in in-person learning, how worried are you about a potential spike in school shootings? >> i have to admit, i'm usually an optimist and i'm very worried. this last year with covid massive increase in mental health calls into our anonymous reporting system, cyberbullying uptick and we don't know the long-term mental health consequences on kids from covid and yet bringing them back to school as if it's all back to normal and unfortunately that means gun violence and school shootings. we don't know what's to come. i'm nervous about this year and that's why it's so important we focus on prevention, which means learning the signs and taking these signs seriously, so that we can help kids before
