Homicide investigation is currently under way. Authorities in portland are working to establish the facts. They have yet to name publicly the victim of this shooting, pronounced dead at the scene. We are speaking to a citizen journalist who is there at the time of the shooting managed to capture it on camera. He said that heard some yelling. It was a relatively calm situation in portland at the time. He heard yelling. Followinged by mace and fgunfir. The victim dropping to the ground. He saw two individuals running in the opposite direction. No arrests made at this point in time. Authorities still trying to peace together t piece together the facts. The fs t the shooting happened at 8 46 p. M. Saturday evening. There were dualing demonstration, protrump demonstrators had a vehicle rally. They were seen driving their trucks through the streets of por la portland. Driving aggressively through the streets of portland. Arrests were made according to the police during the clashes that ensued. We are expecting an update. We had expected it this hour from the mayor of portland. He tweets about how high the support level he has with republicans but theres recent polling showing that one in four americans is actually a republican.
