We have a throng of people that have assembled at trumps latest rally, that will happen in westchester, pennsylvania, set to start momentarily. Well bring that to you live when it happens. Our team of reporters are spread out across the super tuesday states along the northeast, following the campaign and finding out where the voters stand, before heading off to the polls. But were also getting news now of a vetting of Vice President ial candidates specifically for the Cruz Campaign. One name thats being kicked around and Carly Fiorina. We have the latest from washington. Carrie, we know that Carly Fiorina endorsed ted cruz a while ago, has been on the stump for him in pennsylvania. Why are you hearing that name as a potential person on the ticket with him, Vice President . Thats right. Carly fiorina endorsed ted cruz on march 9th, and has been a regular presence with the texas senator on the campaign trail since then. Theres a lot of reasons that she would seem like a very logical vp pick for any republican. She was somebody who was really viewed as a fighter back during her own president ial bid. She was relegated to the early undercard debates, then performed very well and was promoted to the main stage. And shes also made an argument, during her own president ial candidacy. One of her main arguments, she could be an effective debater, particularly against Hillary Clinton in that shes a woman in business, she could neutralize gender issues, and take on Hillary Clinton. She has a business background, and it came under criticism during her time on the campaign trail, but its been lauded by a lot of republicans and her record of being a very effective person, an advocate for ted cruz, an effective debater, makes her sort of a logical choice. Ted cruzs Campaign Manager said on twitter that they are putting together a short list and Hallie Jackson confirms that Carly Fiorina will be on it. Really seems to advance the narrative just like Hillary Clinton has tried to do, in terms of looking forward to the general and talking about the idea of who would fill out the ticket. But more now, in the last 24 hours, about the kasichcruz alliance, to move out of the way in certain states, specifically in indiana. Kasich saying the Cruz Campaign can have it, to take the state from donald trump. And ted cruz spoke about this alliance with kasich. I want to remind everybody what he had to say. Take a listen. Well, we are all in on indiana. We are competing in this great state. Indiana is a cross roads. It is a cross roads for the entire country. It is big news today that john kasich has decided to pull out of indiana, to give us a headtohead contest with donald trump. Thats good for the men and women of indiana. Its good for the country. So, carrie, it seems as if the planning of this type of alliance might not have been thought out in terms of what the candidates would say. Kasich said, if people were going to vote for me in indiana, they should go ahead and vote for me. Is that the language of someone thats given up or conceded indiana, like ted cruz is trying to intimate there. Right. It was almost at exactly the same moment that ted cruz was lauding john kasichs decision to get out of the state, and john kasich was telling supporters, no, i want people who want to vote for me to vote for me. John kasichs name will still appear on the ballot in indiana. Too late for him to remove it, even if he wanted to. Early voting has already taken place in the state now. About 60,000 absentee votes on the republican side. April 5th was the day for early voting to start. So its a little bit problematic for both candidates going into this. And as we heard from donald trump in the introduction that you played, donald trump is sort of going to town on this, talking about how this is more evidence of the establishment colluding against him. So while it makes perfect sense from a mathematical point of view for ted cruz and john kasich to be coordinating on this effort, particularly for cruz, if donald trump is to win in indiana, it would almost be a stake through the heart of attempts to stop him. He wouldnt quite get to the 1,237 number, but he would very close to it and have momentum behind him, even going into the june 7th contests. So it makes sense on paper, certainly, and the math is there, but the method appears to have gotten a little bit muddled today. Indiana, may 3rd, still the northeast primary to go tomorrow. Carrie dann, thanks so much. And heres donald trump back on the campaign trail speaking to folks in westchester, pennsylvania. So pennsylvania has taken harder hits. The statisticians do this, i dont do this. I say, tell me, how we doing in pennsylvania . Thats all right. She looks like a nice person. She cant scream too loud. Dont worry about it. Its always my people that make the noise. We have somebody that does a little screaming. Always my people. Go ahead. Are you okay . Are you okay . She wants to make a little noise. [ crowd sounds ] by the way, i have to tell you, the police in our country do an incredible job, and they should be given more credit. Believe me. So, heres the story. Pennsylvanias taken hard hits, we already know. The state of pennsylvania has lost more than 35 of its manufacturing jobs since 2001. Thats unacceptable. Were going to bring jobs back, big league. Now, 2001, that was when congress voted, 2001, voted to put china into the world trade organization, and theyre sucking the life out of it and thats gotta stop. And i dont blame china. I do business with china. Ive done such great deals with china. I dont blame china. I blame our politicians for being incompetent, okay . And this guy, lying ted cruz supports chinese currency. And kasich is just as bad oh, by the way, did you see they joined forces . [ audience booing ] ive been doing this for ten months and these two guys, theyre politicians all their lives, thats all they do, and now they join forces. And you kept hearing, oh, theyre doing well, theyre doing well. I have millions of votes more than each one of them. [ cheers and applause ] we have despite the fact that the system is totally rigged, and it is rigged, its a bad system, we have hundreds and hundreds of delegates more. This is supposed to be an incredible weekend. You must go out and vote tomorrow. You must. And and, you know what you got to do, you got to vote for the trump slate. Its a little more complicated over here. We have a slate of people, and you got to vote for the slate. They said, mr. Trump, would you mention this . It used to be you could just vote. My son eric said, please do that, dad. So am i okay with that, eric . Good. Its crazy. When you have millions of votes more, supposed to be yours, its a rigged system. Its a crooked system. Its as crooked almost as Hillary Clinton. Shes as crooked hillary. Shes crooked hillary. So vote for the slate. Just to finish this up, so with pennsylvania, in other words, youre losing your jobs. Youre losing your base. Youre losing your manufacturing. Were going to turn it around. Its not going to happen anymore. Foreignborn population, you know a lot of that, theyre bringing in people from syria. You dont know it, its coming all over the country. We dont know where theyre from. We dont know where they come from. Theres no documentation, theres no paperwork, theres no nothing. Who knows where theyre from. And we all have big hearts and we want to build safe zones in syria and ill get the gulf states to pay for it. They have plenty of money. This country doesnt have plenty of money. We owe 19 trillion. Were going to owe 21 trillion very soon. Well turn our country around so fast. Our military is going to be amazing. Its being depleted at the worst possible time. You look what china is doing with building islands in the south china sea. You look at russia, theyre building forts all over the place. Theyre expanding their nuclear capability. We have stuff we dont even know if it works. We have to bring, maybe more than ever before. I mean, honestly, maybe more than ever before, were going to undeplete our depleted military. Were going to make it bigger and better and stronger than ever before, and nobodys going to mess with us. And were never going to have to use it, other than we have to knock out isis. You know, some people said, you know, trump is the tough guy, hes the toughest. Im sort of honored. By the way, did you see the poll that just came out . Were tied with Hillary Clinton all of a sudden. That didnt take long. I dont like being tied with her, but i get a kick out of kasich. He goes around saying that hes beating her in the polls. By the way, did you ever see a man eat like this . Im always working with my son. Little tiny pieces, barron. Little tiny pieces. This guy is shoving pancakes i never saw anything like it. Its pouring out of his mouth and the cameras are on him. Thats not president ial, i can tell you. Not president ial. So what happened so were going to straighten this out. These are all bad statistics and i just want to tell you folks, see that, it doesnt mean a thing. Because were not going to let your jobs disappear anymore. If Companies Want to move out, they want to go to mexico and other countries and they want to fire all your people, so that people now, you know wages, when people say its unbelievable, whats happening to trump, its really not. Wages from 18 years ago, you have people that did better 18 years ago. You have people that now have two jobs and they did better 18 years ago than theyre doing right now. Theyre working harder. Its supposed to be the opposite. Right . And theyre working harder now than theyve ever worked and theyre making less money. Their wages are down from what they were many years ago and guess what, were going to turn it around, were going to turn it around fast. Were going to turn it around. They had some upper midlevel management guy, firing 1,400 people, saying were moving to mexico. And it was taken and somebody had a cell phone going, so the guy ended up being on television, firing pretty viciously, 1,400 people. They come to my rallies. Theyve been there for years. One for 27 years, one for 16 years, and these are important jobs, these are important people. You have to explain to these companies, you leave us, you fire all our people, you think youre going to go to mexico and make equipment and sell it back across what will be very strong borders . There will be consequences to pay. There will be consequences. You wont do that. Youre not doing it. Now, if i see well, well build a wall, dont worry about it. Dont worry, well build a wall. No, i see lying ted cruz the other day said, we must build a wall. This guy. I wrote out a little thing, i get a call 11 30 last night, and being a nonsleeper, i said, lets do something. So we wrote it out. Donald trumps statement. Cruz and kasich. Now, lets call kasich. Kasich is doing worse than many of the people that left months ago. If you look at marco rubio, he did much better than kasich. He had more he to this day has more delegates. This is just a guy who is a stubborn guy, who eats like a slob, and shouldnt have press conferences while hes stuffing stuff down his throat. Honestly, ive never seen anything like it. But this guy is a stubborn guy, im not leaving, im not leaving. Hes 1 for 42. I would have won the one, but i was given a dirty poll by nbc, where they came up with a poll, its true. Because i thought i was winning florida by a lot. This is a dirty business, this politics. I used to think real estate was tough. Real estate is like babies, all right . And nobody lies like some of the people ive seen, nobody, especially lying ted. Hes not a good liar, because he always gets caught. But boy, does he lie. When i look at what goes on. First of all, do kasich, because that ones sort of easy. So what happens with kasich, he just says, im staying. Oh, but you lost, you got killed last week in new york. Youre getting, what is he getting . Like 13 of the vote. Not even, youre right. And all he does is say, i dont care, im staying. Dont ask me that question again. And people say, isnt he a nice guy . Thats because cruz and i and marco, we all wenta it pretty tough and nobody cared about kasich, we just left him. And now hes getting the image of a nice guy. Hes not a nice guy. You headed up Lehman Brothers, they almost brought down the country. You were on Lehman Brothers when Lehman Brothers crashed. He was a managing director. Lehman brothers almost brought down the country. What the hell are you doing running for about the . After that, i never heard from him again. He was very nice during the debates. I love the debates, cruz is going around, he wants a debate. Ive debated him 11 times, weve beaten him 11 times, according to every single poll. And you say to yourself, how many times can you answer the same question about the same people . But ill tell you that, i watched this morning, both of these guys who didnt even talk about jobs, the economy, they didnt talk about the wall or and all of a sudden i watched cruz this morning, i will bring back jobs jobs, he doesnt know what the word means. This guys in favor of china manipulating and devaluing their currency, which is the single biggest problem or country has in terms of trade. Thats why china has a 505 billion a year, we have deficit with china. Okay, think of it. 505 billion. Mexico, 58 billion. Japan, you wouldnt believe the number. I wont even say it, because youll start to cry. We dont make good deals. Our country doesnt make good deals anymore. And ill tell you what, and i told this story the other day for the first time and its important. I friend of mine is a very strong person, great person, but a very, very strong person in many ways, up here too, mentally. And hes very sick. And he was supposed to die a year ago and he keeps living. And hes amazing. And i call him and i say, hey, how you doing . Im doing good, im doing good. Im telling you, im doing and the doctors cant believe it. And nobody can believe it. And hes just in trouble. And you know what it is . He was born with great genes, something unbelievable about this guy. And it reminds me of our country in a certain way. Because the way our politicians are destroying our country, for us to even exist, with 19 trillion in debt, going up to 21 trillion, with budget deficits all over the place, with all bad trade deals in place. Theyre all bad. Im selffunding my campaign. Im putting up my own money, okay . These guys its a lot of money too, i want to tell you, its a lot of money. Although i will say this, i have spent less than anybody else essentially, but i have spent less than anybody else, and im in first place by a lot. By a lot. Other guys have spend many, many times what ive spent and they were number six, seven and eight. In new york, i got 61 or 62 . Thats a massive thing when you have three people. We started off with 17 people. Id win with 28, New Hampshire with 32 , with 16 people i was competing against. But id win all these states and theyd say, he didnt get 50 . You cant get 50 when you have 14 people, 10 people, 8 people, 6 people, 4 people. I mean, all of these things. And even now, we have three people, we have three people. And its very hard, and yet im now getting i think i would have had 70, 75 if we had a normal this was the largest number of candidates ever to run in the history of a party, let alone the Republican Party, 17 people, which is ridiculous. So think about it, when you watch these really bad pundits on television, when they say donald trump has not gotten 50 , and i have nine guys, its almost impossible. So, folks, we are doing so well. Again, millions and millions of votes more than lying ted. Millions and millions of votes more than 1 in 42 kasich. I call him now 1 in 42. Because he has one win and i think they said 42 losses, i think thats what they said. But he has a lot of losses. A lot of losses. We are doing fantastically well. And a poll just came out, and remember this, some people said im not president ial, am i president ial . I think i look president ial. But ive to be afraid of looking too president ial. Ive knocked off one, another, another, really smart people, governor, senator, another governor, another senator. And then they say, you should be more president ial. I better be careful not to be too president ial, folks. So its been so much fun. Its been so interesting. But then i get a call last night, and they said, sir, cruz and kasich have just joined forces. I said, oh, really, they did . Huh . Thats called collusion. You know in a lot of businesses if you collude, its illegal. Only in politics can you do stuff like this. So i wrote out a very eye thik it was pretty good. I did it at 11 30 in the evening. Whos doing this at 11 30 . I said its sad that two grown politicians have to collude against one politician, i hate to say that about myself, whos only been a politician for ten months, to stop that person from getting the republican nomination, when millions more have voted for me than anybody else . Senator cruz has done very poorly. And after his new york performance, what did he get . Like 10 . He got nobody. How is he going to win a general election if he has nobody in new york for him .
