Chopper 10 captured video earlier this month of two women being escorted into a sheriffs van above one of those businesses. Search warrant affidavits show undercover detectives went into the businesses and that workers touched them inappropriately. Court paperwork says detectives conducted hours of surveillance and heard from a citizen who said a Woman Working at one of the businesses reached toward his erogenous zone. One the day before and the day of the raids, documents say five undercover detectives entered the 6 businesses for masseuses touched the detectives inappropriately. Police would not discuss these cases but tell me that kind of interaction establishes probable cause and that detectives stop the activity and either arrest the workers on the spot or later.
