Call Hampton Police at 7276111 if youve seen him. A former sailor already serving time for rape in norfolk is expected to learn his fate today for another attack. Amin garcia has a scheduled sentencing today for assaulting and attempting to rape a former army officer at a camp in kuwait in 2010. He is currently serving a life sentence for raping two norfolk women in 2008. According to attorneys office, garcia attacked his first victim, and then attacked the victims daughter later that year. Norfolk Police Worked with ncis to connect garcia to both portsmouths new police chief will begin her role. The swearingin ceremony for Tonya Chapman will be later this morning at Portsmouth City hall. The Department Says it wants to spread awareness to the community about the potential risks from inhome meth labs.
