What have you found out since then . Reporter we do know those two men worked for a philadelphiabased roofing kpp. If you take a look behind me at the scene, peco crews are still here. We can see the ladder that those two men were using when trying to get on to the roof of this home. Its still on the ground here. Crews from peco tell me they will be removing the rest of this, this as investigators are talking to a 24yearold mp the only survivor of this construction accident. Sitting on my front porch, i saw the policemen going down this way. At first Susan Callahan said she had no idea what was happening until she looked over to her neighbors house. I saw the men in the street. Reporter they were in front of this hastings avenue home. They were setting up to begin work on the roof. The men were moving the metal ladder up against the house when they hit the power lines above. One man is dead, the other flown to the hospital, of the university of pennsylvania where hes in intensive care. Power was cut to the neighborhood after the accident and peco says that crews spent the day restoring service to about 80 homes that have been in the dark. And, again, peco crews still on scene several hours after this construction accident. The lights are back on for those 80 customers. We can tell you that not only are Haverford Township Police investigating this incident but also workers with osha have been here as well. It happened earlier on van pelt street in north philadelphia. So far, there are no arrests or motive for the shooting. Teen is in stable condition. A woman badly burned when a gas pump caught fire late last night is in Critical Condition this afternoon. The drier of another car lost control, crashing into the pump at the sunoco station in the Port Richmond section of philadelphia. The woman was pumping gas when the crash happened. Her baby was inside of her car at the time but was not hurt. Nbc 10 went back to the scene at somerset and aramingo hours after the fire. We found several investigators getting a better look at the damage. A witness told nbc 10 that he heard the explosion from inside his house. I look out my door and i see the pump on fire, everybody screaming. She was yelling, my kid, help me, im on fire, this and that. The person driving the car was not seriously hurt. Its not clear at this point what caused him to lose control but police say he will not be charged. Today a judge threw out nearly five dozen cases handled by that officer. A total of 59 cases were dismissed today involving former narcotics officer jeffrey walker. 43 cases were upheld. Prosecutors say a total of 160 involving walker have been dismissed since he was indicted back in may of 2013. Walker pleaded guilty in february to stealing 15,000 from a drug dealer. The plot involved planting drugs in the dealers car. Walker has been cooperating in a broader investigation to the Drug Trafficking unit. Six officers were charged in july with robbing, beating and kidnapping drug suspects. Prosecutors in philadelphia plan to charge this 15yearold boy as an adult for his alleged role in the shooting death of a teenage girl. Gibson is the second suspect arrested for the death of aisha abdurahim. The 15yearold girl died at the scene which was outside of einstein Medical Center. A 19yearold boy was also critically injured in the shooting which happened on monday. Person surrendered to police earlier this week. We have reached the twoweek mark in the mountain manhunt for the fugitive wanted for gunning down two Pennsylvania State troopers in the poconos. 14 days, the search continues now for eric frein. It was two weeks ago tonight when the troopers were shot during a shift change outside their barracks. One of them died. The other is recovering. What are they telling you about the search efforts . Reporter police are telling us eric frein did internet searches ahead of this manhunt, learning how to evade police tactics. They say its clear hes been planning this for years and that they firmly believe hes out here somewhere deep in the woods of the poconos. This morning, federal agents and localc cops zeroed into an abandoned hotel, an intense ground search took place in barrett township, thats deep in the pocono mountains. Police thought eric frein could be hiding inside the shuttered buck hill inn. Some locals think its haunted. Armed agents and okcanine units searched this hotel. We mentioned before places we think he may be using for shelter, specifically caves. All of these potential hiding places need to be cleared as well. We do know he had an interest in that location. Yes, i do believe he has spent some time there and so the information that we generated caused us to believe it was worthwhile to conduct a search at that location. A fire at an air Traffic Control facility near chicago grounded flights at both of the citys major airports, were talking ohare and midway. Investigators say the fire was intentionally set by a contract employee of the faa. They dont believe there are any ties to terrorism. Today was the second day of testimony in the double murder trial. Police say Raghunandan Yandamuri confessed to the crime but the defendant alleges that two men forced him to lead them to the victims apartment. Yandamuri is charged with kidnapping the baby and killing the grandmother at the familys king of prussia apartment. The baby was later found dead. Yandamuri is acting as his own attorney in the trial. Now to news from trenton where a sand witch shop owner has been sentenced to six years in federal prison for his role in a drug dealing network and bribery scheme that brought down former mayor tony mack.
